SHE OCEAN YOGA (SOY) is collaborating with selected marine protection organisations worldwide.

Coral Guardian is our Partner for our most recent Project #doyogasavecorals. The aim: to build the first SHE OCEAN YOGA coral reef in Indonesia in autumn 2019. Coral Guardian´s local team of divers and scientists has mastered coral transplantation, a technique used to rebuild coral reefs by implanting strong coral particles to artificially provided underwater steel consturctions.  The corals are breeded in a coral nursery to help coral reefs grow strong and healthy, and become more resilient against warmer water temperatures.

To be part of the solution SHE OCEAN YOGA is organizing charity flows >> co-hosted by local yoga studios | health institutions | wellness hotels here in Vienna >> enabling YOU to become an OCEAN WARRIOR to help #colortheocean!

Our workshops are usually themed for one of our latest marine protection projects. We, Carmen and Ela the founders of SOY, are inviting you to join the next charity flow.

WHEN: August 30th 2019 | 7-9PM

WHERE: YOGAlounge | Seidlgasse 30 1030 Vienna

AIM: to build the first SOY coral reef in Indonesia in Autumn 2019

LEVEL: No matter if it is the first time you want to try yoga or if you practice daily, this yoga session is designed for beginners and advanced ♡

What are we going to do during the charity flow?

Make some time and create space for two yummy hours of:

pranayama to gain strength and focus through guided breathing

gentle and at times strong movement during our creative flow designed for you to reconnect to the elemental force of water;

and learn new meditation as well as body scanning techniques.

When you will walk out of this yoga class you will most propably feel a sensation of ease and lightness. Why not walk as light as a snowflake - or a sunbeam, whichever you prefer. One thing is certain: yoga is awesome and so is growing healthy corals with your asanas!

We are looking forward to welcome you soon!

We will be happy to keep you tuned about the progress here on our website and on Instagram. If you have any Questions do contact us!
